Small Claims Court Location Assignment

The Clerks office will assign one of the following court locations.

Forsyth County Hall Of Justice

Kernersville Court

• Take Business 40 East to the Kernersville Main Street Exit (Exit 14)
• Turn left at the stop light onto Main Street
• Continue on Main Street through Kernersville until you come to a stoplight at the intersection of Main Street and Mountain Street
• At the intersection of Main Street and Mountain Street take a right onto Mountain Street
• Continue on Mountain Street until you see the public library on the right. The Kernersville Courthouse is behind the public library

From Greensboro

• Take Business 40 West to the Hwy 66 Exit (Exit 15)
• Turn left onto Hwy 66
• Turn left onto Mountain Street at the first stoplight

The Kernersville Courthouse is located on the left.

Lewisville Town Hall Annex

•  Take Business 40 West to US-421 North
• Take the Williams Road exit, Exit #244, turn right toward Lewisville
• Enter round about and take the 1^st exit onto Williams Road
• Williams Road will become Shallowford Road
• 6550 Shallowford Road is on the right

From Statesville

• Turn left onto Lewisville Clemmons Road
• Merge onto US-421 North toward North Wilkesboro
• Take the Williams Road exit, Exit 244, turn right toward Lewisville
• Enter round about and take the 1^st exit onto Williams Road
• Williams Road will become Shallowford Road
• 6550 Shallowford Road is on the right
