Child Support Order for Arrest “Lookup”

Access to this section requires a Login and Password provided by the Forsyth County Clerk ‘s Office.

 The Forsyth County Clerk’s Office has developed an Order for Arrest “OFA” Database for exclusive use by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Social Services “DSS”, the Forsyth County Magistrate’s Office and the Child Services Department of the Forsyth County Clerk’s Office. The data base contains limited pertinent information regarding Child Support OFA’s.

The goal is to provide each of the organizations with immediate access to the status of all Child Support Orders for Arrest issued in Forsyth County.

State Law prohibits the Clerk’s Office staff from; providing any legal advice, providing instructions for completing forms, referring an attorney, or recommending specific ways to pursue legal action.
